I stopped by this dealer just to look and I was so impressed by the professionalism & amazing customer service that I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my car finally. And what an upgrade! I am in love with my NX 350h. I think if the team wasn't so great, I would have continued to shop around and wait since I wasn't in a rush to buy, but their superior customer service skills sold me on buying my car here. To be honest I wasn't even sure what model I wanted but the lovely Melanny helped me pick the best car within my price range. She was soooo patient and thorough explaining every single detail, and had an answer for the million questions I asked. Also, her manager Oxana (sorry if I didn't spell that right) and everyone else from the team were just so lovely to deal with. When you think of car sales you think pushy people who just want you to get whatever but I work in Customer Service sales myself I really appreciate that I had nothing but a positive experience with this team, they were just great vibes all around. If you're looking for an excellent and reliable car, I definitely recommend the Lexus NX 350h, it's so good with gas too!!! The interior is so beautiful and it barely makes noise since it's a hybrid. Drives so nicely too. And if you want professional & courteous people to sell you the car, definitely stop by this dealer and ask for Melanny. I promise you won't regret it!!! This was an amazing experience all around, definitely recommend the car and this team :)
