This experience exceeded my expectations. Respect and professionalism are words I would use to describe the service team. Despite having a somewhat complicated repair, I dropped my car off one morning and it was ready by the next day at 1:30 PM. The estimate was clear and concise, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. In my younger years I was both a mechanic and a service manager. As such I tend to be particular about who services my vehicles. Lexus delivered; and in my opinion, their pricing was reasonable. All in all, a solid experience.
